摘要
以云南省腾冲市银杏村为整体研究对象,从乡村旅游扶贫的经济、社会文化和生态环境三方面出发,分析乡村旅游扶贫效应及其影响因素;结果显示:腾冲市银杏村乡村旅游扶贫开发的综合效应比较突显,整体上助推了乡村振兴战略的实施,但旅游业发展与部分农户的融合度不高,旅游产业对农户的增收作用存在不均衡,政府要发挥主导作用,提高贫困人口在当地乡村旅游开发过程中的受益程度,提高受益质量,贫困人口通过主动学习提高自身的技能水平,适应乡村旅游开发的需要,以便在乡村旅游开发中获得更多的利益分配。
The issue of agriculture,countryside and farmers is a fundamental issue related to the national economy and the people's livelihood,and the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization is of great significance to solving the problem.The practice over the years has proved that the development of rural tourism has become an important channel for rural development,agricultural transformation and farmers’income increase,and it is an effective way to realize rural revitalization.Based on the economic,social,cultural and ecological environment of rural tourism,this paper analyzes the effect of rural tourism on poverty alleviation and its influencing factors.The results show that the comprehensive effect of rural tourism poverty alleviation and development in Yinxing Village in Tengchong City is quite prominent,which promotes the implementation of rural revitalization strategy as a whole.However,the degree of integration between tourism development and some farmers is not high,and the effect of tourism industry on farmers’income increase is uneven.The government should play a leading role in improving the benefit of the poor in the process of local rural tourism development,and improve the quality of the benefit.The poor people improve their skill level through active learning,adapt to the needs of rural tourism development,so as to obtain more benefit distribution in rural tourism development.
