四川、西藏产野生当归挥发油成分的GC-MS分析 被引量:3

Analysis of Volatile Oil Ingredients in Wild Angelica sinensis from Different Origin

摘要 目的:通过对比西藏林芝和四川平武两地野生当归中挥发油的成份和含量,比较其差异性,为当归野生资源的开发利用提供实验数据。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取分离挥发油,通过GC-MS测定分析挥发油中所含的成分和含量。结果:西藏林芝野生当归中挥发油含量为1.22%(mL/g),四川平武野生当归挥发油含量为1.16%(mL/g);两地野生当归中均未检测出藁本内酯;其中西藏林芝野生当归挥发油中检测到35个色谱峰,鉴定出22种化合物,其中含量最多的是2-氢正丁烯基苯酞(70.184%),其次是正丁烯基苯酞(9.288%);四川平武野生当归挥发油中检测到35个色谱峰,鉴定出17种化合物,其中含量最多的是2-氢正丁烯基苯酞(92.551%),其次是正丁烯基苯酞(3.037%)。结论:造成两地野生当归挥发油中的成分和含量差异及未检测出藁本内酯这一结果的原因还有待进一步研究。 Objective By comparing the composition and content of volatile oil in wild Angelica of Tibet Linzhi and Sichuan Pingwu, the differences were compared, and experimental data were provided for the development and utilization of wild resources of Angelica sinensis. Methods The volatile oil was separated and extracted by steam distillation, and the components and contents contained in the volatile oil were analyzed by GC-MS. Results The volatile oil content of wild Angelica sinensis in Tibet was 1.22% (mL/g), and the volatile oil content of wild Angelica sinensis in Sichuan was 1.16% (mL/g);no ligustilide was detected in wild Angelica in the two places;Thirty-five chromatographic peaks were detected in the volatile oil of Angelica sinensis, and 22 compounds were identified, the most abundant of which was 2-hydro-n-butenylphenylhydrazine (70.184%), followed by n-butenylphenylhydrazine (9.288%);Sichuan Pingwu 35 peaks were detected in wild Angelica volatile oil, and 17 compounds were identified. The most abundant one was 2-hydro-n-butenylphenylhydrazine (92.551%), followed by n-butenylphenylhydrazine (3.037%). Conclusion The reasons for the difference in the composition and content of the volatile oil of wild angelica in the two places and the result of not detecting the ligustilide remain to be further studied.
