铁路枢纽与常规公交换乘衔接评价与优化——以哈站北广场为例 被引量:3

摘要 将旅客由铁路枢纽换乘常规公交的过程分为站内组织、站外引导、客流疏散三个步骤。并将铁路枢纽与常规公交的布局衔接方式进行归类,从运能衔接与时间衔接两方面对两者的换乘衔接问题进行研究,提出“线路运能利用率”“线路上客不均衡系数”及“线路到发可靠度”三个指标,对铁路枢纽与常规公交的运能与时间衔接特性进行评价研究,并建立运能匹配与时间衔接的换乘衔接优化模型。以哈站北广场为例,分析其在建成初期常规公交换乘衔接方面存在的问题,并根据实际情况从客流引导组织、线路运能优化与公交车辆调度等方面提出优化措施。 In this paper,the process of passenger transfer from railway hub to convention public transit is divided into three steps:organization inside the station,guidance outside the station and passenger evacuation.The paper classifies the layout connection between railway hub and conventional public transit,and studies the transfer connection between them from two aspects of transport capacity connection and time connection.The indexes of“utilization ratio of line transport capacity”,“unbalanced coefficient of passengers on line”and“reliability of line arrival and departure”are put forward to evaluate the performance and time convergence characteristics of railway hub and convention public transit.An optimization model of transfer and connection based on capacity matching and time convergence is established.Taking Harbin Station North Square as a case,this paper analyses the problems existing in the connection of conventional public transit at the early stage of construction,and puts forward some optimization measures from the aspects of passenger flow guidance organization,line capacity optimization and bus dispatch according to the actual situation.What is more,the optimization measures proposed in this paper for the case are under construction and implementation.
