摘要
该文以提高学生分析、解决工程问题的实践能力为目的,对现有传热实验装置结构、测量方法、操作过程等方面进行了优化设计。经过研制后的实验装置不仅便于实验操作、数据采集和装置维护,而且引入了垢层热阻的测定,丰富了实验内容,强化了传热知识在工程中的运用。实践表明,该研制加深了学生对传热理论的理解和应用,能更好地掌握实验操作过程和数据的采集方法,激发了学生探索自然科学的求知欲,提高了学生节能意识和解决工程问题能力。
In order to improve students’ practical ability to analyze and solve engineering problems,this paper optimizes the structure,measurement method and operation process of existing heat transfer experimental devices. The developed experimental device not only facilitates experimental operation,data acquisition and device maintenance,but also introduces the measurement of the thermal resistance of the scale layer,enriches the experimental content,and strengthens the application of heat transfer knowledge in engineering. Practice shows that the development has deepened the students’ understanding and application of heat transfer theory,and also enabled students to better grasp the experimental operation process and data collection methods,and stimulate students to explore the natural sciences’ curiosity and improve students’ energy-saving awareness and engineering problem solving capabilities.
