摘要
目的分析优质化服务在妊娠期高血压疾病护理中的效果。方法选择2017-01—2018-12焦作煤业(集团)有限责任公司中央医院的80例妊娠期高血压疾病孕妇,随机分组,常规护理组给予普通护理,优质化组进行优质化护理干预。比较2组患者满意情况,对妊娠期高血压疾病的认知、妊娠期高血压疾病治疗依从性、遵医饮食行为和遵医坚持运动的行为,护理前后血压指标以及不良母婴结局发生率。结果优质化组满意情况、血压指标、对妊娠期高血压疾病的认知、妊娠期高血压疾病治疗依从性、遵医饮食行为和遵医坚持运动的行为、不良母婴结局发生率较常规护理组有优势(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期高血压疾病孕妇实施优质化护理干预可获得良好效果。
Objective To analyze the effect of implementing high-quality service in the nursing of pregnancy-induced hypertension.Methods 80 pregnant women with pregnancy-induced hypertension in Central Hospital of Jiaozuo Coal Industry(Group)Co.,Ltd.from January 2017 to December 2018 were randomly divided into two groups.The routine nursing group was given ordinary care and the high-quality nursing group was given high-quality nursing intervention.The number of satisfied people in the two groups was compared.Cognition of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy,compliance with treatment of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy,compliance with diet and adherence to exercise;blood pressure index before and after nursing;incidence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes.Results The number of satisfied people,blood pressure index,cognition of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy,treatment compliance of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy,compliance with diet and adherence to exercise,and the incidence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes in the high-quality group were superior to those in the conventional nursing group(P<0.05).Conclusion High quality nursing intervention for pregnant women with pregnancy-induced hypertension can achieve good results.
