摘要
超高层建筑的工程造价偏高,对安全性和可靠性的要求也超过一般高层建筑。聚焦于超高层建筑低压供电的安全与经济性考量,结合具体工程项目实例,从可靠性、成本等角度出发,设计两种具有不同接线方式、负荷分配及应急电源供电的方案。对两种方案在母线槽、电缆、配电柜等方面的费用差额进行计算,比选得到一种工程造价节省约60.6万元、年电能损耗费用节省约13.5万元的优化方案。在该方案中,柴油发电机组的供电范围较为集中,简化了主开关间的控制逻辑,保障了供电安全。对相关超高层建筑低压供电方案优化有借鉴作用。
Super high-rise buildings are with high construction cost, and their requirements on safety and reliability are also higher than those of ordinary high-rise buildings. To focus on the issue of safety and economy of low-voltage power supply in super high-rise buildings, by combining with specific project examples, two power supply schemes with different wiring modes, load distribution and emergency power supply are designed from the perspective of reliability and cost. By calculating the cost difference between the two schemes from aspects including bus bar, cable and distribution cabinet, an optimal scheme is selected out, which saves about 606 000 RMB in the construction cost and about 135 000 RMB in the annual energy loss cost. Moreover, the power supply range of the diesel generator is relatively concentrated in such a scheme, which simplifies the control logic between main switches and ensures the safety. It plays a referential role in the optimization of low-voltage power supply schemes for related super high-rise buildings.
