摘要
袁家村大型露天铁矿在采空区治理过程中,7#采空区暴露面积大、空腔纵深高,其顶板保安层要求厚度达30m以上。根据7#采空区实际情况,在采空区上下贯通投影位置布置大孔径掏槽爆破孔,采用孔内及孔间毫秒延时爆破技术,对采空区顶板崩落处理,并利用崩落岩体对深部空腔进行有效充填,爆破效果良好,既保证了采矿作业的连续进行,也消除了采空区对生产安全的威胁。
During the treatment of goaf in Yuanjiacun large-scale open-pit iron mine,the goaf No.7 has large exposed area and high cavity depth,and the thickness of the roof security layer is over 30 m.According to the actual situation of goaf No.7,millisecond time delay vertical deep hole cut blasting is adopted to deal with the goaf roof,and the caving rock mass is used to fill the deep cavity.The blasting effect is good,which not only ensures the continuous mining operation,but also eliminates the threat of the goaf to production safety.
