摘要
推崇“产教融合、校企合作”的现代学徒制人才培养模式更能适应现代高职教育。食品加工技术专业(乳品工艺方向)通过校企人才培养目标修订、构建课程体系、编制标准、校企联合招生、培养等方式构建现代学徒制人才培养模式。
The modern apprenticeship personnel training mode, which advocates the integration of industry and education and the cooperation between schools and enterprises, can better adapt to the modern higher vocational education. The major of food processing technology (the direction of dairy technology) constructs the modern apprenticeship training mode by revising the training objectives of school-enterprise talents, constructing the curriculum system, compiling standards, jointly recruiting students from schools and enterprises, and training.
