摘要
社区是人们生活的微观环境,构建以社区家庭综合服务中心为核心的心理健康服务体系具有重要的意义。当前,社区心理健康服务体系构建还存在很多问题,包括社区心理健康服务体系没有形成有效的运行机制、社区心理健康服务体系人才紧缺、经费缺乏与动力不足、覆盖面窄等。针对这些问题,可以从组织体系、运行机制、人才队伍、医保措施、大数据网络服务平台5个方面采取措施加以解决,以社区家庭综合服务中心为核心构建完善的心理健康服务体系。
Community is a micro environment of people s life,and discusses on how to construct the community household comprehensive service center as the core of mental health service system is of great importance.At present,there exist a number of problems in this process.For example,the lack of effective operation mechanism and guarantee system in the community psychological health service system,a shortage of relevant human resources,lack of expense and motivation,and limited coverage of the service network.To deal with these problems,we can take some measures from five aspects:the organization system,operation mechanism,personnel resource,medical care measure and big data service platform.
