摘要
本文以中兴矿3217工作面沿空留巷为工程背景,对沿空留巷的底鼓变形规律进行了研究。针对巷道变形破坏特征,提出采用高强度锚杆索、管缝式锚杆与巷旁、巷内加强支护联合治理加固技术来控制中兴矿高应力、破碎围岩巷道底鼓;同时辅以数值模拟对支护参数进行了优化,结果表明:优化方案围岩变形量较原方案大幅减小,同时将充填墙体宽度设置为3m,可有效控制巷道围岩变形。
In this paper, the deformation law of the bottom drum in the gob-left roadway is studied with the background of the gob-left roadway in the 3217 working face of Zhongxing mine. In view of the deformation and failure characteristics of roadway, a high strength anchor cable, pipe-seam type anchor rod and roadway side, in-lane reinforcement support combined with strengthening technology to control the high stress, broken surrounding rock roadway bottom drum, and supplemented by numerical simulation of the support parameters were optimized,the results show that: the optimization scheme of the surrounding rock deformation is significantly reduced than the original scheme, At the same time, the width of filling wall is set to 3 m, which can effectively control the deformation of roadway surrounding rock.
