摘要
当前我国成人高等教育转向高质量发展阶段,创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享是成人高等教育高质量发展的时代内涵。一些成人高校培养目标定位、师资队伍、课程内容、教学过程和考核评价等方面的诸多失当因素,阻碍了成人高等教育的高质量发展进程。新时代成人高等教育应贯彻“创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享”新发展理念,重塑高质量发展的科学模式,践行科学的高质量发展道路。
At present, Chinese adult higher education has turned to a high-quality development stage. Innovation, coordination, green, openness and sharing are the connotations of high-quality development of adult higher education. Some adult colleges and universities have much misconduct in terms of target orientation, faculty, curriculum content, teaching process and assessment, which hinder the high-quality development of adult higher education. In the new era, adult higher education should implement the new development concepts of “innovation, coordination, green, openness, and sharing”, reshape the scientific model of high-quality development, and practise the scientific high-quality development path.
