摘要
以D校为例,介绍了中外合作教学对教师发展的作用:提高教师专业能力,提高教师的实际教学能力,提高教师的沟通能力和团队合作精神。基于此,中外合作教学是教师成长的有效途径。
This paper,taking D college as an example of study,introduces the functions of co-teaching between Chinese teachers and native teachers: improving teachers’ professional ability,improving teachers’ practical teaching ability,improving teachers’ communication ability and team spirit.Therefore,co-teaching between Chinese teacher and the native teacher is an effective way for teacher’s development.
