摘要
目的了解湘西州吉首市中职学校学生健康危险行为的流行现状,为开展贫困地区中职学校学生健康教育提供依据。方法分层随机抽取湘西州吉首市中职生533名,对其健康危险行为进行问卷调查。结果湘西州吉首市中职生不喝牛奶、不吃早餐、经常喝饮料报告率为45.40%,19.70%,14.63%;中职生首次吸烟年龄≤13岁、饮酒年龄≤13岁、现在吸烟、现在饮酒的报告率分别为29.46%,28.14%,40.15%,47.84%;违规步行、到非安全场所游泳、违规骑车、严重受伤的报告率分别为5.07%,26.27%,17.07%,18.39%,男生报告率高于女生,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。感觉学习压力大、自杀意念的报告率分别为11.26%,19.70%,女生报告率高于男生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论湘西州吉首市中职学校学生健康危险行为普遍存在,相关危险行为具有性别和年级差异,应采取有效措施对中职生健康危险行为进行干预。
Objective To understand the prevalence of health risk behaviors among secondary vocational school students in Jishou,so as to provide evidence for developing health education for secondary vocational school students in poverty- stricken areas. Methods A total of 533 secondary vocational students in Jishou were selected by stratified random sampling,and their health risk behaviors were investigated by questionnaire. Results Students do not drink milk,do not eat breakfast,often drink report rate was 45.40 %,19.70 %,14.63 %;the first smoking age less than 13 years,the drinking age is less than or equal to 13,now the report now,smoking,drinking rates were 29.46 %,28.14 %,40.15 %, 47.84 % secondary vocational school students;to walk illegal ,non safe places to swim,illegal bike,reports of serious injuries were 5.07 %,26.27 %,17.07 %,18.39 %,boys scored higher than girls,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The reporting rate of feeling learning pressure and suicidal ideation was 11.26 % and 19.70 % respectively. The reporting rate of female students was higher than that of boys,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusions The health risk behaviors of students in secondary vocational schools in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture Jishou city are prevalent. There are gender and grade differences in related risky behaviors. Effective measures should be taken to intervene the health risk behaviors of secondary vocational school students.
