摘要
羟氯喹作为风湿免疫科的常用药,主要的不良反应是眼部方面及神经系统方面,在心血管方面,发生率低,此例病例旨在介绍羟氯喹引起房室传导阻滞的不良反应,提醒在临床工作中若有服用此类药物的时候出现房室传导阻滞应想到此药引起的可能性。
The main adverse reaction of hydroxychloroquine as a common drug in the Department of Rheumatology is the eye and nervous system, and the incidence of cardiovascular is low. This case is intended to introduce the adverse reaction of atrioventricular block caused by hydroxychloroquine, and to remind of the occurrence of atrioventricular transmission when such drugs are taken in clinical work. The possibility of the drug caused by the drug should be thought of.
