摘要
运用文献资料等研究方法,对我国校园足球可持续发展面临的困境进行分析。认为:场地资源保障缺乏,足球参与人口质量不齐制约了校园足球可持续发展的生存;师资力量短缺,竞赛异化抑制了校园足球可持续发展的动力;赛场杂乱,学校境况低劣损害了校园足球可持续发展的环境;学生、教练员、管理人员、家庭人员之间的矛盾关系妨害了校园足球可持续发展的稳定;学训矛盾,科技投入不足限制了校园足球可持续发展的进程。建议:开放校园足球事业,拓宽生存渠道;完善培养机制和制度建设,打通发展道路;培育校园足球文化,营造发展环境;以人为本,夯实发展根基;融入科技力量,助推发展速度。
This paper analyzes the dilemmas on Chinese campus football's sustainable development by using literature reviews and other research methods. It is believed that there's a lack of venue resource as guarantee, and the unbalanced quality in football participation restricts the sustainable development of campus football. The shortage of teacher resources and change on competitions inhibit the motivation of campus football sustainable development. The bad environment of stadiums, and the poor relationships between students, families, administrators and coaches hinder the development. The contradiction on training and investment in science and technology limits the sustainable development. Suggestions are listed as follow: Open up the campus football business for the broadening of its channels for development. Improve the training mechanism and system construction, cultivate the campus football culture, and create environment for campus football development. Insist on people oriented and combine technology with football industry for the speed up on its development.
