摘要
目的分析中药内服联合穴位敷贴的治疗方法对支气管哮喘的疗效。方法对100例患者采用随机分组,治疗组50例,并同常规西药治疗的对照组50例的疗效进行比较,并比较两组治疗前后嗜酸性粒细胞计数、血清总IgE以及T淋巴细胞转化率等指标。结果观察组总有效率为94.0%,对照组总有效率为80.0%,观察组明显优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);两组患者治疗后的血清总IgE含量、嗜酸性粒细胞计数均明显下降(P <0.05),观察组患者T淋巴细胞转化率明显上升(P <0.05),而对照组上升的不明显,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论中药内服联合穴位敷贴对支气管哮喘效果明显,可抑制气道的炎症反应,减少过敏并提高细胞的免疫功能,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the curative effect of oral Chinese herbs combined with point application in treatment of bronchial asthma.Methods 100 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated by routine western medicine.Curative effects of two groups were compared.The eosinophil count,serum total IgE and T lymphocyte transformation rate before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.0%,and that of the control group was 80.0%.The total effective rate of the observation groupwas significantly better than the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Serum total IgE and eosinophil count were both significantly decreased in two groups after treatment(P<0.05).T lymphocyte transformation rateof patients in the observation group was significantly increased(P<0.05),but the improvement of the control group was not significant(P >0.05).Conclusion Theoral Chinese herbs combined with point application in treatment of bronchial asthma havesignificant curative effects.It can inhibit airway inflammation,reduce allergies and improve the immune function of cells,which is worth promoting.
