摘要
米饭温升曲线最佳参数的确定试验需要频繁更改控制程序,工作量繁重。为该试验设计了一个单片机控制系统,采用人机接口的解决方案,由程序员输入温升曲线各阶段的温度和时间参数值。系统包括硬件电路和软件程序,以AT89C51单片机为控制核心,以矩阵按键作为人机接口,还包括温度检测、显示和报警等模块,用C语言编程。用proteus软件设计电路,并仿真了程序运行,仿真结果表明:系统满足设计要求。所设计的系统使米饭炊制试验人员不需更改程序,可极大地降低工作强度。该系统可用于光波炉、电饭煲、电陶炉等电炊具的米饭炊制试验。
The test of determining optimal parameters of rice temperature rise curve requires frequent changes in control procedures,based on this phenomenon,we designed a single chip microcomputer control system adopting human-computer interface method,which is that the temperature and time parameter values of each stage of the temperature rise curve were input by the programmer.This system includes hardware circuits and software programs,taking the AT89C51 MCU as the control core,the matrix keys as human-computer interface and also includes temperature detection,display and alarm modules,programming in C language.The circuit is designed with proceus software and the program is simulated.The simulation results show that the system can meet the design requirements.The designed system no longer needs to be changed by the rice cooking tester,which greatly reduced the work intensity.The system can be used for rice cooking test of electric cookers such as light wave furnace,rice cooker and ceramic cooker.
