摘要
为实现线圈炮对弹丸的旋转加速,提出了一种新型结构的驱动线圈,并设计了与之匹配的抛体电枢。对于新型结构线圈炮发射过程,从电磁场角度对电枢所受加速力进行了理论分析。通过仿真计算与发射试验验证相结合的方法,对不同初始电压等级下的发射效果进行了研究,并分析了其误差产生的可能原因。研究结果表明:新型结构电磁线圈炮可以实现弹丸的直线旋转加速,并且其出口直线速度与转速均随着初始电压等级的提高而增大,可以通过改变初始电压的方式调整弹丸的出口指标。
In order to realize the acceleration and rotation of the projectile by the coilgun,a new type of drive coil is proposed,and the projectile armature matching with it is designed.For the launching process of the coilgun,the acceleration force of the armature is theoretically analyzed from the point of electromagnetic field.The launching effects under different initial voltage levels are studied through the combination of simulating calculation and launching test verification,and the possible causes of its error are analyzed.The results show that the new electromagnetic coilgun can realize the linear and rotational accelerations of projectile,and the linear and rotation speeds of projectile increase with the increase in the initial voltage level.The exit index of projectile can be adjusted by changing the initial voltage.
