摘要
分析了基于Internet的过程控制与传统的计算机控制的区别,给出了一种如何在现有计算机控制系统的基础上,通过添加特殊的网络控制层的方法,设计基于Internet的远程过程控制系统的推荐方案。
To date,computer-based control has been widely used in the process industries.However,little work has so far been done on developing systematic design methodologies or guidelines for the Internet-based process control.The main objective of this paper is to clarify the relationship between computer-based control and Internet-based process control.Based on this,systematic design methods or guidelines for the design of Internet-based process control has been developed.The main issue that,how the extra Internet-level should properly be placed in the existing computer-based control system hierarchy according to control requirements,has been addressed.
