摘要
风氢耦合发电已成为一些发达国家解决风电上网"瓶颈"问题的重要手段。文中阐述了风氢耦合发电的概念和结构,并在总结风氢耦合发电相关国际研究动态和成果的基础上,为中国风氢耦合发电技术的发展提供了建议。首先,介绍了风氢耦合发电技术的发展历程,通过对典型风氢耦合发电结构的介绍,引出风氢耦合发电的概念和特点。然后,总结了风氢耦合发电技术在一些发达国家的发展概况和研究进展,并提炼出现阶段风氢耦合发电研究中的关键问题和相关研究现状。最后,结合中国的能源战略和电力发展现状,对风氢耦合发电技术在中国的发展潜力和应用形式进行了探讨。
As an effective means of solving restrictions on wind power in modern power systems,the wind/hydrogen coupled system is increasingly being adopted in many developed countries.Via detailing the concept and schemes of the wind/hydrogen coupled system,the paper aims at summarizing worldwide research trends and results and making some suggestions on its application in China.Firstly,the transition of wind/hydrogen coupled generation is presented and a typical topological structure of wind/hydrogen coupled system is employed to demonstrate its unique characteristics.Secondly,research and developments on wind/hydrogen coupled system in various countries are summarized.The key topics and ongoing research and development programs are also listed and analyzed.Finally,based on energy strategies and the status quo of power systems in China,the development potential and possible applications of wind/hydrogen coupled system in China are discussed.
