摘要
[目的]翻译重症监护室尊重量表(ICU-RESPECT),并对其进行信效度研究。[方法]翻译并修订ICU-RESPECT,用中文版ICU-RESPECT对125例监护室病人进行调查,对结果进行信度和效度分析。[结果]中文版ICU-RESPECT的重测信度为0.876,总量表的Cronbach′sα系数为0.832,各条目和总量表得分的Pearson相关性分析检测结果显示,相关系数(r)在0.482～0.693,均有统计学意义(P<0.01);量表的内容效度为0.95。探索性因子分析提取1个因子,累计方差贡献率为52.373%,条目的负荷范围为0.583～0.792,效标关联效度为0.912(P<0.01)。[结论]中文版ICU-RESPECT的信效度较好,可用于评估重症监护室医护人员对病人的尊重情况。
Objective：To translate the Intensive Care Unit Respect Scale（ICU -RESPECT） and study its reliability and validity. Meth- ods：ICU- RESPECT was translated and revised, and 125 patients in the intensive care unit were investigated with the Chinese version of ICU - RESPECT. The results were analyzed for reliability and validity. Results：The test -retest reliability of the Chinese version of ICU - RESPECT was 0. 876,and the Cronbach＇s α of the total scale was 0. 832. The Pearson correlation analysis of each item and the total score showed that the correlation coefficient r was 0. 482-0. 693. Statistically significant（P〈0.01） ;the content validity of the scale was 0.95. Exploratory factor analysis extracted 1 factor, the cumulative variance contribution rate was 52. 373 %, the load range of the entry was 0. 583-0. 792 ,and the criterion validity was 0. 91E（P〈0. 01）. Conclusions：The Chinese version of ICU- RESPECT had good reliability and validity,and could be used to evaluate the respect of patients in intensive care unit.
