摘要
针对移动互联网技术的发展、电网运营水平的不断提升,用户对电力系统配网可靠性的要求也不断提高,传统电力系统配电网调度系统电话下令方式存在的语言沟通易有歧义、易遗忘、下令时间长、效率低、命令票传输不及时等问题,明显制约了智能配电网的发展,文中基于移动互联网技术对网络发令业务的支撑作用,在现有配电网调度集约化网络的基础上,通过设计配调移动服务平台,利用移动互联网替代传统电话下令模式,提高调度下令及现场操作60%的速度,使调度指令与现场操作在指尖上进行无缝对接,提高电网调度应对突发事件的能力。
According to the development of mobile Internet technology, the grid operation and improve the level of user requirements, the distribution network of power system is also rising, the traditional power system dispatching telephone system of distribution network has ordered communication easy ambiguity, easy to forget, ordered a long time and low efficiency, the transmission order is not timely, obviously restricted the development of intelligent distribution network, support mobile Internet technology to the network starting business in this paper, based on the reduced network in the existing distribution network scheduling set, through the design of distribution of mobile service platform, the use of mobile Internet to replace the traditional telephone order model, and the improvement of field operation scheduling ordered 60% speed, the instruction scheduling with the operation of seamless docking on the fingertips, improve the ability of emergency dispatching.
