摘要 海上平台WZ11-1油田开采的原油不进行油水分离处理直接混合外输,外输泵是油田输送原油的关键设备,进行减震处理可以解决外输泵一直存在的运行中泵体和橇块甲板面振动值高,以及备用泵在停止状态下受甲板面振动影响导致电动机轴承损坏的问题,从而减少泵维修频率和维修成本。对海上平台原油外输泵普遍存在的振动值偏高问题进行研究分析,结合海上平台外输泵的使用环境和条件,通过专业振动检测手段,查找出外输泵运行中振动值偏高的原因。为此,采取在泵橇底部增加减震器的解决措施,安装减震器不受海上平台空间狭小的限制,工程量较小,工期短。改造完成后,静态数据检测对比显示,泵体振动值平均减小了67%,未来将大幅度地节约维修成本。 The crude oil produced by offshore platform WZ11-1 Oilfield is directly transported without oil-water separation treatment,and the efflux pump is the key equipment for crude oil transportation in the oilfield. Vibration attenuation can solve the problem of the pump body and the skid deck surface high vibration value in the operation of the efflux pump,and of the motor bearing damage due to deck surface vibration of the stand-by pump in halted state,thus reducing pump maintenance frequency and cost. Research and analysis are conducted to the high vibration problem in offshore platform crude oil efflux pumps, combined with the service environment and conditions of offshore platforms,the reasons of high vibration in the operation of efflux pumps are found by means of professional vibration detection. Therefore,the solving measure of adding the shock absorber at the bottom of the pump skid is adopted. The installation of shock absorbers is not limited by the limited space of the offshore platform, and its work amount is smaller and its construction period is short. After the modification,the static data detection and comparison show that the vibration value of the pump body decreases by an average of 67%,and it is indicated that the measures taken are effective,and the maintenance cost will be greatly saved in the future.
