摘要
本文通过对管理者与被管理者的行为与心理进行研究分析,发现存在于管理者与员工之间的基本矛盾并展开论述,提出管理的根本出发点,为企业管理者在提出管理办法时提供基础性思想借鉴。
Based on the research and analysis on behavior and psychology of managers and employees,basic contradiction of them was discovered and discussed. Basic starting point of management and management methods was put for reference.
