摘要 提出了一种基于格林函数的水冷式永磁同步电机瞬态温度场半解析计算的方法。它利用有限元法求解热传导方程局部某一点或者部件的响应函数,然后通过解析公式求得它们的瞬态温升。该方法兼备了有限元仿真的准确性和解析法的快速性。还考虑了电机不同工况对响应函数的影响。以一台48槽8极的水冷式永磁同步电机为例,分别将格林函数法计算结果与有限元仿真结果、试验数据进行比较,吻合度较好,从而验证了该方法的有效性。 Based on Green' s function method, a semi-analytical method was proposed for calculating transient temper- ature field of water-cooled permanent magnet synchronous motor ( PMSM ). The numerical solutions of heat transfer func- tion was calculated via finite-element analysis (FEA) simulation and hence these numerical solutions were used by analysis formula. The method combined advantages of FEA method and analytical method. The working condition was also taken in- to consideration. At last, the proposed method was used for calculating transient temperature of 48-slot-8-pole PMSM and validated via FEA method and test data.
