摘要
目的探究α-硫辛酸联合海昆肾喜胶囊对糖尿病肾病患者氧化应激及肾功能的影响。方法 2015年3月至2017年8月我院收治的206例糖尿病肾病患者,分为联合治疗组(110例)和常规治疗组(96例),常规治疗组采用常规治疗,联合治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用硫辛酸注射液300 mg+生理盐水100 mL,1次/d静脉输液,联合海昆肾喜胶囊2粒,3次/d口服,用药1个月。于联合治疗前及治疗1个月后,测量血尿素氮(BUN)、血清肌酐(Scr)、内生肌酐清除率(Ccr)、8-羟化脱氧鸟苷(8-OHdG)、丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、24 h尿蛋白定量(UAER)。结果治疗后1个月,联合治疗组患者的血清BUN、Scr、UAER含量低于常规治疗组(P<0.05),Ccr水平高于常规治疗组(P<0.05);治疗后1个月,联合治疗组患者的血清8-OHdG、MDA含量低于常规治疗组(P<0.05),SOD含量高于常规治疗组(P<0.05)。结论α-硫辛酸联合海昆肾喜胶囊能有效改善糖尿病肾病患者肾功能,降低氧化应激水平,推荐临床使用。
Objective To explore the effect of α-lipoic acid combined with Haikun Shenxi capsule on oxidative stress and kidney function in patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods Totally 206 patients with diabetic nephropathy treated from March 2015 to August 2017 in our hospital were divided into the combined treatment group（combined group,n = 110） and the conventional treatment group（control group,n = 96）.Control group was given conventional therapy,while the combined group was treated with intravenous injection of α-lipoic acid 300 mg and saline100 mL once daily,combined with oral administration of Haikun Shenxi capsule twice daily.The treatment course was a month.The levels of blood urea nitrogen（BUN）,serum creatinine（Scr）,endogenous creatinine clearance（Ccr）,8-OHdG,malondialdehyde（MDA）,superoxide dismutase（SOD） and 24 h urinary protein（UAER） were measured before treatment and a month after treatment.Results The levels of BUN,Scr and UAER in combined group were lower than those of control group（P 〈 0.05）,while the Ccr level was higher（P 〈 0.05） at a month after treatment.Compared with control group,the levels of 8-OHdG and MDA were lower in combined group（P 〈 0.05）,while the content of SOD was higher（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion The α-lipoic acid combined with Haikun Shenxi capsule can effectively improve the kidney function and reduce the level of oxidative stress in patients with diabetic nephropathy,so it is recommended in clinical treatment.
