加拿大安大略省中小学师德问责制的内容、特点及启示 被引量:1

摘要 加拿大向来重视教师职业道德规范建设,在实践中摸索出了一套有效约束教师职业道德行为的管理制度。本文以安大略省为例,简要介绍师德问责的相关法律法规以及安大略省中小学师德问责的主体,其中小学师德问责制具有问责主体的多元化、问责程序的全程性、问责结果的严肃性和管理标准的动态发展性等特点。安大略省中小学师德问责制对我国建立健全师德问责体系具有重要的借鉴意义,其制度设计也为我国提供了可操作的路径选择。 Canada has always attached great importance to the construction of teachers' professional ethics and has in practice developed a set of management system that effectively restrains teachers' professional ethical behaviors. This paper takes Ontario as an example,and briefly introduces the relevant laws and regulations and the main body of teachers' ethics accountability in primary and secondary schools in Ontario,which includes the characteristics of diversifying accountability body,whole process of accountability,serious accountability results and dynamic development of management standards. The accountability system for teachers' ethics in primary and secondary schools in Ontario has an important reference for our country to establish and improve the system of accountability for teachers' ethics while its system design also provides our country with an operable path choice.
