摘要
目的 :了解浦东新区全科医生对2型糖尿病社区管理的认知情况。方法 :在浦东新区选8家社区卫生服务中心共80名医生进行问卷调查,内容包括《2013年中国2型糖尿病防治指南》的内容、糖尿病治疗药物和糖化血红蛋白检测的知晓情况。结果 :不同职称全科医生之间对2型糖尿病的高危人群筛查方法、管理情况以及治疗目标的知晓差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对口服降糖药物种类及使用方法和强化胰岛素治疗方案的知晓情差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对2型糖尿病患者的糖化血红蛋白控制目标知晓和临床定期检测比例有随职称增高而升高的趋势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :浦东新区全科医生对新《指南》的知晓情况有待提高,对药物的使用掌握较好,定期糖化血红蛋白的检测率偏低,须进一步加强对新《指南》的培训,提高社区对2型糖尿病患者的管理水平。
Objective： To understand the cognition of general practitioner on community management of type 2 diabetes in Pudong New District. Methods： A total of 80 doctors from 8 community health service centers in Pudong New District were investigated by a questionnaire, and the contents included the content of 《the guidelines for the prevention and control of type 2 diabetes in China in 2013》, the awareness of diabetes treatment drugs and the detection of glycosylated hemoglobin. Results： There were statistically signifcant diferences in knowledge of screening methods, management and treatment goals of high-risk population among general practitioners with diferent professional titles（P〈0.05）. The diferences between the awareness of the types of oral hypoglycemic drugs and the methods of use and intensive insulin therapy were statistically signifcant（P〈0.05）. Awareness of glycosylated hemoglobin control targets in type 2 diabetic patients and clinical regular detection ratio increased signifcantly with the increase of professional titles, and the diference was statistically signifcant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The awareness of the new “guidelines” in general practitioners in Pudong New District needs to be improved. The use of drugs is better and the detection rate of regular glycosylated hemoglobin is low. It is necessary to further strengthen the training of the new guidelines to improve the level of community management for patients with type 2 diabetes.
