摘要
为了探索石化企业HSE培训师的培养工作,深入剖析了石化企业HSE培训的特点,建立了包括企业目标、岗位职责、工作业绩和职业追求等在内的石化企业HSE培训师胜任特征模型,并分析其胜任特征,以中国石化所属企业为例,介绍了石化企业HSE培训师培训项目开发和实施过程中的主要要素,如培训目标、课程设置、培训方式、管理流程和效果评估等。结合HSE培训特点,基于培训师胜任特征,遵循PDCA模式的培训项目,可切实提升HSE培训师的综合素质和专业技能。
In order to explore the cultivation of HSE trainers of petrochemical enterprises,the features of HSE training in petrochemical enterprises are analyzed deeply.The competency model of HSE trainers of petrochemical enterprises is suggested which includes enterprise objective,job responsibility,work performance,career pursuing,etc.Then the competency of HSE trainer is set forth.Taking the enterprises of SINOPEC as examples,such main elements of development and implementation of training program for HSE trainer in petrochemical enterprise are described as training object,curriculum setting,training method,management process and effect evaluation and so forth.Combining with the features of HSE training,based on the competency of trainers and conforming to PCDA pattern,training program can effectively enhance the professional skills and comprehensive quality of HSE trainers.
