摘要
通过对桥梁施工现浇支架进行分析研究,针对山区高速公路匝道桥的施工特点,提出双抱箍支撑组件附着在桥梁圆形墩柱上,仅通过双抱箍支撑组件作为主要承载结构,布置匝道桥混凝土梁现浇支架的施工新思路。双抱箍支撑组件结构简单,受力明确,采用工厂化加工、现场装配化安装,克服了单个抱箍牛腿承载力不足的缺点,免去了大量基础处理及支架搭设的工作量,同时减少安全、质量风险,具有较好的经济价值。
Through the analysis of the cast-in-place bracket of the bridge construction,according to the characteristics of mountain highway ramp bridge,the construction new idea is put forward with a double hoop attached to the circular pier bridge support components,only through double hoop support components as the main load-bearing structure,arranging cast-in-place concrete support for ramp bridge concrete beam.Double hoop support component has simple structure,stress is clear,the factory processing and field assembly installation are adopted,which overcome the shortcoming of low bearing capacity for a single embrace hoop bracket,eliminate a large amount of foundation treatment and support build-up of workload,and reduce the risk of safety and quality,at the same time,it has good economic value.
