摘要
目的探讨骨化三醇治疗2型糖尿病肾病的效果及对尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、血尿酸(SUA)的影响。方法选择2015年1月—2016年12月唐山市协和医院治疗的2型糖尿病肾病患者84例,按照治疗方法不同分为对照组和治疗组,每组42例。对照组给予厄贝沙坦治疗,治疗组给予骨化三醇治疗。对比分析两组治疗前后的UAER、Hcy和SUA水平,治疗效果和不良反应情况。结果治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组UAER、Hcy和SUA低于治疗前,治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组25羟基维生素D3高于治疗前,治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论骨化三醇治疗2型糖尿病肾病可有效降低UAER、Hcy和SUA水平,提高治疗效果。
Objective To investigate effectiveness of Calcitriol in treatment of patients with type 2 diabetic nehropathy and its effects on urinary albumin excretion rate ( UAER) ,homocysteine ( Hcy)and serum uric acid ( SUA)evels. Methods A total of 84 patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy admitted during January 2015 and December016 were divided into control group ( n = 42)and treatment group ( n = 42)according to different treatment methods.ontrol group was treated with Irbesartan,while treatment group was treated with Calcitriol. UAER,Hcy and SUA levelsefore and after treatment,therapeutic effects and incidence rate of adverse reactions were compared and analyzed beween two groups. Results The total effective rate in treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group( P 〈 0. 05) . After treatment,UAER,Hcy and SUA levels were significantly lower than those before treatment in tworoups,and the levels in treatment group were significantly lower than those in control group ( P 〈 0. 05) ;25 ( OH)D3evels were significantly higher than those before treatment in two groups,and the level in treatment group was significanty higher than that in control group ( P 〈 0. 05) . The total incidence rate of adverse reactions in treatment group was sigificantly lower than that in control group ( P 〈 0. 05) . Conclusion Calcitriol in treatment of patients with type 2 diabetc nephropathy may effectively decrease UAER,Hcy and SUA levels and improve therapeutic effect.
