摘要
针对地膜覆盖后原有沟灌技术参数不能适应现实要求,分析了不同技术参数设计条件下垄膜沟灌水流推进、入渗与消退、灌水均匀度等方面的指标。研究结果表明:适宜的垄膜沟灌技术参数设计可提高灌水均匀度、减小入沟流量、延长灌水沟长度。在实际应用中若垄沟坡度在1/500左右,适宜的灌水定额为375~525 m^3/hm^2、入沟流量为0.8~1.0 L/s,垄沟长度为60 m;垄沟坡度在1/1 000时,适宜的灌水定额为375~525 m^3/hm^2、入沟流量为0.8~1.0L/s,垄沟长度为60 m;若灌水定额大于525 m^3/hm^2,则入沟流量适当减小;若入沟流量小于0.6 L/s,在1/500~1/1 000坡度条件下,垄沟长度不宜大于40 m。研究成果可为垄膜沟灌技术的推广应用提供技术支撑。
In view of the problem that the original furrow irrigation technical parameters of plastic film mulching cannot adapt to the reality request, the indexes of ridge film furrow irrigation, including water infiltration, fade and irrigation uniformity, etc., are analyzed under the design condition with different technical parameters ridge film furrow irrigation. The results show that appropriate ridge film furrow irrigation technical parameters design can improve the irrigation uniformity, decrease the ditch input flow, and extend the length of the irrigation ditch. In practice, if the ditch slope is 1/500, the suitable irrigation quota is 375 - 525 m3/hm2, the ditch input flow is 0.8 - 1.0 L/s, the corrugation length is 60 m; if the ditch slope is 1/1000, the appropriate irrigation quota is 375 - 525 m3/hm2, the ditch input flow is 0.8- 1.0 L/s, and the corrugation length is 60 m. If the irrigation quota is more than 525 m3/hm2, then the ditch input flow should be reasonably decreased. If the ditch input flow is less than 0.6 L/s, under the condition of slope of 1/500-1/1000, the corrugation length should not be more than 40 m. The research results can provide technology support for the popularization and application of ridge furrow irrigation technology.
