摘要
针对现在市场上大部分太阳能移动电源存在着太阳能板面积小,功率不够充电等问题,提出一种效率高,安全可靠的太阳能移动电源设计方案。采用5 V,7 W的较大功率折叠太阳能电池板,分析太阳能与电能转换过程的关键技术和方法,描述充电电路、升压电路、锂电池保护电路和关键芯片设计,例如能实现充电电流控制的专业锂电池充电管理芯片,启动电压可低于1 V的、小尺寸高效率升压DC/DC转换器芯片等。考虑了电源多方面的需求,包括太阳能的充电效率,锂电池的寿命和安全,升压的效率和输出电源的质量等,并通过实验结果验证了电源信号的正常输出,其是一个绿色安全的能源解决方案,具有实用价值。
The most of the solar energy mobile power supplies available in the market have the problems of small solar panel and insufficient charging power.Therefore,a design scheme for the high-efficient,safe and reliable solar energy mobile power supply is presented.The high-power folding solar panel of 5 W and 7 W is adopted.The key technologies and methods of the conversion process from the solar energy to electric energy are analyzed.The design of the charging circuit,boost circuit,lithium battery protection circuit and key chips is described.The various demands of the power supply are considered,including the charging efficiency of the solar energy,lifetime and safety of the lithium battery,boost efficiency,and quality of the output power supply.The experimental results verify that the power supply has normal signal output,is a green and safe energy solution,and has practical value.
