摘要
目的分析四级早期活动对ICU获得性衰弱发生率的影响价值。方法方便选取该院重症医学科2016年5月—2017年5月收治的78例重症患者作为该次实验的研究对象,根据护理方法的不同随机分为数量相等的两组,39例比较组患者采用ICU常规护理,另39例研究组患者采用四级早期活动护理,比较两组患者ICU获得性衰弱的发生情况和护理前后的肌力状况。结果护理前,两组患者MRC-score评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);经不同护理后,比较组的MRC-score评分为(47.54±4.23)分,显著低于研究组的(57.21±5.34)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);比较组患者ICU获得性衰弱的发生率为43.6%,显著高于研究组的5.13%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对重症医学科的患者采用四级早期活动护理能有效延缓患者的肌肉萎缩,提高肌力,降低ICU获得性衰弱的发生,有利于患者的肢体功能恢复,值得临床推广应用。
Object ive This paper tr ies to analyze the inf luence of early four s tage activi ty on the incidence of acquired de-bili ty of ICU. Methods 78 cases of pat ients in this hospi tal ICU from May 2016 to May 2017 were conveniently selected as the research object and divided into two groups according to the different nurs ing methods, 39 cases in the comparison group were treated with ICU routine nursing, the other 39 cases in the s tudy group were treated with four s tage early nursing activi ties , and then the situat ion and status of acquired debili ty before and af ter nursing and the occur rence of muscle s trength were compared between the two groups. Results Before treatment, MRC-score comparison in the two groups had no signif icant difference, with no stat ist ical signi ficance（P〉0.05）; af ter different nursing, MRC-score of the comparison group was （47.54±4.23）points, signif icantly lower than the s tudy group of （57.21±5.34）points（P〈0.05） , the difference was stat ist i-cally s ignificant; the incidence rate of acquired debili ty in the comparison group was 43.6%, signif icantly higher than the study group of 5.13%（P〈0.05） , the difference was s tat is t ical ly significant. Conclusion For pat ients in ICU, the four early nursing can effectively relieve pat ients m uscle atrophy, improve m u sc le s trength, re d u c e th e a c q u ired d eb ili ty , which is conducive to the recovery of limb function, so it is worthy of cl inical applicat ion.
