摘要
"工匠精神"由来已久,无论是中国古代工匠追求精益求精所体现出的中国气质,还是"互联网+"时代背景下打造精品的需要与要求,"工匠精神"都是贯穿于时代发展历程以及中国文化的主线。对"工匠精神"的内涵进行了解读,阐述了"工匠精神"与高职应用型人才培养之间的联系,进而以天府职业学院为例,探讨了用"工匠精神"培养高端技能型人才的具体措施。
the spirit of artisan has been a morality pursued by Chinese craftsmen, and it is also the demand in building lop projects in the era of ＂Internet ＋ ＂. This paper analyzes the connotation of ＂the spirit of artisan＂ and illustrates its connection with the cultivation of applied talents, taking Tianfu Vocational and Technical School as an example. At last. methods have been put forwarded in the cultivation of applied talents with ＂the spirit of artisan＂.
