This paper briefly introduces the background,necessity,purpose and significance,the technical route and principles of compiling the code for the acceptance of construction quality of small and medium sized water conservancy and hydropower project units in Jiangxi province,interpreted the important contents of Jiangxi provincial code for the acceptance of construction quality of small and medium sized water conservancy and hydropower project units,analyzed the difference and connection with the evaluation criteria for construction quality acceptance of water resources and hydropower engineering units.
