肝素化纤维素/聚丙烯酸血液透析膜的制备 被引量:1

摘要 为改善血液透析膜的血液相容性,本研究利用静电作用制备了一种表面肝素化纤维素季铵盐/聚丙烯酸膜,并对其肝素固定性能及抗凝血性能进行了评价。结果表明,肝素化修饰对膜的力学性能影响较小;在模拟血浆中孵育24 h后,肝素释放4.25%,具有优良的肝素固定性能;复钙时间延长至213 s;对尿素和溶菌酶具有较好的清除作用,为血液透析提供了一种性能优良的新型表面肝素化血液透析膜材料。 Heparin was immobilized on the surface of quaternized cellulose/polyacrylic acid membrane via electrostatic interaction to prepare a heparin-modified quaternized cellulose/polyacrylic acid (Hepa-QC/PAA) membrane with high blood compatibility. The immobilization of beparin and the blood compatibility of the Hepa-QC/PAA membrane were also evaluated. It was found that the modification of heparin had little influence on the mechanical properties of the membrane. After 24 h incubation in the simulative plasma, only 4.25% of heparin was released from the Hepa-QC/PAA membrane, indicating an excellent immobilization of heparin. After the modification of heparin, the recalcification time of Hepa-QC/PAA membrane was prolonged to 213 s. In addition, the Hepa-QC/PAA membrane showed a high clearance for urea and lysozyme, in conclusion, the Hepa- QC/PAA membrane would be an excellent dialysis membrane for hemodialysis.
