摘要
目的观察银质针配合多功能艾灸仪隔姜灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法采用随机对照的临床试验方法,按照纳入标准筛选出腰椎间盘突出症患者60例,随机分为银质针加多功能艾灸仪隔姜灸治疗组、不锈钢针加隔姜灸对照组。使用国际公认的JOA腰痛疗效量表观察患者症状、体征和日常生活活动能力,治疗10次后观察临床疗效。结果两组治疗后均能不同程度地减轻腰椎间盘突出症患者的症状和体征,提高患者日常生活能力(P<0.01),且治疗组的疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论银质针加艾灸仪隔姜灸疗法可提高腰椎间盘突出症的疗效,优于不锈钢针加隔姜灸疗法。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of silver needle acupuncture plus multifunctional instrumental ginger moxibustion in treating lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. Method A clinical randomized controlled trial was carried out. Sixty patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation were enrolled according to the inclusion criteria and randomized into silver needle acupuncture plus instrumental ginger moxibustion （treatment） and stainless steel needle acupuncture plus ginger moxibustion （control） groups. The symptoms, signs and activities of daily living were assessed using international accepted JOA lumbago scoring in the patients. The clinical therapeutic effects were evaluated after 10 treatments. Result After treatment, the symptoms and signs were relived and the activities of daily living was improved in the both groups of patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation （P〈0.01）, The therapeutic effect was significantly better in the treatment group than in the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Silver needle acupuncture plus instrumental ginger moxibustion can improve the therapeutic effect on lumbar intervertebral disc herniation, which is better than that of stainless steel needle acupuncture plus ginger moxibustion.
