摘要
以我国14家畜牧业上市公司为研究对象,通过构建畜牧业上市公司竞争力评价指标体系,运用因子分析法分析影响畜牧业上市公司竞争力的主要因素,并对我国畜牧业上市公司竞争力状况进行综合评价。结果表明公司规模偏小、员工受教育水平偏低、股权结构不合理等因素制约着我国畜牧业上市公司的发展。为此,提出了提升我国畜牧业上市公司竞争力的对策建议。
We took 14 animal husbandry listed companies in China as the research objects,and extracted the main factors that influencing the competitiveness of animal husbandry listed companies by constructing the evaluation index system of the animal husbandry listed company and making statistical analysis by factor analysis,and then took comprehensive evaluation of the competitiveness situation of animal husbandry listed companies. The results indicated that some questions restricted the development of animal husbandry listed companies,such as the firm scale was generally small,employees affected by low levels of education,and the equity structure was not reasonable. Finally,we proposed some countermeasures and suggestions which were favorable to promoting competitiveness of animal husbandry listed companies in China.
