摘要
提出了一种基于粒子群两层优化的风机齿轮传动系统整体方案设计方法,在充分考虑风机齿轮传动系统内在机理的前提下,以系统整体的可靠性为设计目标,通过两层优化相结合的方式,使用改进的粒子群算法寻找整个优化空间中的最优设计方案。该设计方法能够有效避免齿轮传动系统中常出现的短板效应,提高风机齿轮传动系统的可靠性。
A method of two stage optimization design was developed for wind turbine gear transmission system overall plan based on PSO algorithm. In full consideration of the internal mechanism of wind turbine gear transmission system, targeting the overall system reliability, the method searches for optimized design plan in the whole design space based on a two stage PSO algorithm. The method can effectively avoid shortboard effect, enhancing reliability of wind turbine gear transmission systems.
