The correlation of the expression of epidermal growth factor receptor and P53 with esophageal squamous cancer radiotherapy

摘要 目的 分析食管鳞状细胞癌患者标本中表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)和P53表达水平与其临床病理特征的相关性,探讨术前放疗对EGFR和P53表达的影响,为临床食管鳞状细胞癌手术联合放疗的治疗策略提供理论依据.方法 采用免疫组织化学方法检测食管鳞状细胞癌患者标本中EGFR、P53蛋白的表达水平,分析其表达与食管鳞状细胞癌临床病理参数的关系,对比术前放疗对患者癌组织中EGFR和P53表达水平的影响.结果 与正常食管黏膜上皮组织相比,食管鳞状细胞癌组织中EGFR和P53的表达水平均显著升高;食管鳞状细胞癌组织中EGFR和P53的表达均与其组织学分级、浸润程度、有无区域淋巴结转移呈正相关;术前放射治疗可显著降低食管鳞状细胞癌组织中EGFR和P53的表达水平.结论 在食管鳞状细胞癌中,EGFR和P53的表达水平与其临床病理特征有密切关系,且呈正相关,检测两种蛋白的表达水平对食管鳞状细胞癌的恶性程度及预后判断具有重要的临床意义. Objiective To analyze the correlation between Epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR) and P53 expression in specimens from patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and their clinical pathological characteristics.To explore the effect of preoperative radiotherapy on EGFR and p53 expression,and to provide a theoretical basis for the therapeutic strategy of esophageal squamous cell cancer surgery combined with radiotherapy.Methods Immunohistochemical assay was used to detect the expression of EGFR,and P53 in specimens from patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.The relationship between the expression of EGFR and P53 and clinic pathological parameters were evaluated.Results Compared with normal esophageal mucosa,the expression levels of EGFR and p53 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissue were significantly increased.The expression of EGFR and p53 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissue and their tissue histological grade,invasion,regional lymph node metastasis were significantly and positively correlated;preoperative radiotherapy can significantly reduce the expression levels of EGFR and p53 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.Conclusion In esophageal squamous cell carcinoma,EGFR and P53 expression was closely correlated with their clinical and pathological features,the detection of EGFR and P53 expression levels is important for the judgment of cancer malignant degree and prognosis.
