摘要
宋人语境中的"草泽",通常是指具备一定专业技能、文化知识或者德行名望的民间人士,其中一部分人有意愿主动参与国家政治生活。宋朝政府对此展现了一定的积极态度,加之社会经济的发展、科举教育的推动与书籍刊印的普及,宋代草泽有可能更加充分地参与国家政治生活。但是,统治集团高层将奖掖草泽更多地视为一种自我标榜的政治姿态,同时出于维护既有政治秩序的考虑,草泽参政的空间难免遭到压缩;而占据政坛主流、进士科出身的官员群体,亦不能真正认同草泽出身官员的政治地位。加之草泽自身也存在着学艺不精、经验不足以及鱼目混珠等限制性因素,故而也暴露出诸多问题。分析这一社会现象,应当是思考宋代平民参与国家政治生活的有益角度。
In the context of the Song Dynasty, Caoze （草泽）, usually refers to tain professional skills, cultural knowledge or noble character. Some of them are civilian who have cer- willing politics actively. The government of Song Dynasty shows a positive attitude toward this. to take participate in In addition, the development of social economy, the promotion of imperial examinations and the popularity of printed books all made it possible for Caoze to involve in the national political life more fully. However, the ruling group regarded the promotion of Caoze as their own political posturing. Out of consideration for maintaining the current political order, the space for Caoze to take part in politics had been limited inevitably. The official groups who sprang from imperial examinations and occupied the mainstream political circle also did not recognize entirely the political status of his colleagues who was born of Caoze. In addition, Caoze has some weakness such as lacking of knowledge and experience. Therefore, they exposed process of participating in politics. The analysis of this social phenomenon would be observe the civilian participation in national political life in Song Dynasty .
