摘要
文章对灵芝多糖提取工艺研究进行了综述。通过对比找出最优溶剂水及最佳提取方法超声波提取法,利用单因素实验确定工艺水平,研究超声功率、超声时间、超声温度、料液比、水浴温度对灵芝多糖提取率的影响,用正交实验法找出灵芝多糖的最佳提取工艺。实验结果表明,超声波能显著提高灵芝多糖的提取率,最佳提取条件为:超声功率为160 W、超声时间为25 min、超声温度为50℃、料液比为1∶30,水浴温度为60℃,利用此工艺灵芝多糖的提取率为5.48%。
This study of ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide extraction process was studied. By comparison to find out the optimal solvent water and the best extraction method of ultrasonic extraction method, the single factor experiment is used to determine the technological level, the research of ultrasonic power, ultrasonic time, ultrasonic temperature, solid-liquid ratio, water bath temperature on the influence of ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide extraction yield, using orthogonal experiment method to find the best extraction technology of ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide. The experimental results showed that the ultrasonic wave could significantly improve the extraction of ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide content,the best extraction conditions for: ultrasonic power is 160 W, ultrasonic time of 25 min, ultrasonic temperature of 50 ℃,and solid-liquid ratio of 1:30, water bath temperature is 60℃, using the technology of ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides extraction yield of 5.48%.
