规范与推广肺癌小样本取材势在必行
摘要
肺癌的发病原因错综复杂、肿瘤异质性高,即使病理类型相同,患者的病情演变过程及对治疗的反应也可能存在很大的差异。当今,对疾病的诊治已进入精准医疗时代。对肺癌的治疗,需要根据组织病理学亚型和特异性的肿瘤驱动基因突变共同决定。由于肺癌早期缺乏特异性的临床症状,多数患者就诊时已是中晚期,失去了手术的最佳时机。
