摘要
为了解最近吉林地区某鸭场大量鸭病死的原因,对该鸭场送检的病料进行细菌分离培养并成功分离出一株革兰阴性菌。通过生化试验、16S r RNA鉴定及序列测序分析、玻片凝集试验和动物回归试验等对分离菌进行鉴定,16S r RNA基因测序结果显示,分离菌与鸭疫里默菌同源性达到99%;该菌能够使雏鸭死亡且致病性较强。结果表明,该鸭场鸭群死亡原因是1株血清2型鸭疫里默菌感染。
To understand the reason for a large number of dead ducks from a farm in Jilin province,the samples of this duck farm were processed and one bacterial strain(gram-negative)was isolated successfully.We identified the isdated bacterium by the biochemical test,16 S r RNA and sequencing analysis,slide agglutination test and animal regression experiment.The results showed that 16 Sr RNA gene homology between the isolated strain and Riemerella anatipestifer(RA)was 99% and this strain had strong pathogenicity could cause ducklings death.It was indicated that the reason for dead ducks was the infection with Serotype 2 RA.
