摘要
目的:探讨脑室内脑膜瘤的MRI特点及鉴别诊断。材料与方法:选择我院2013年1月至2015年1月收治的20例经手术切除病理证实、临床资料完整的脑室内脑膜瘤患者,对其MRI表现进行回顾性分析。结果:成年女性是脑室内脑膜瘤的主要发病人群,主要位于侧脑室(16/20),其次则是四脑室。肿瘤主要表现为边界清楚、形态规则(14/20)。T1WI表现为等信号(14/20)或者稍低信号(6/20)、T2WI肿瘤则主要表现为稍高信号(15/20)或者等信号(5/20),增强扫描表现为中到重度均匀强化(18/20),部分可能表现为轻度强化或者不均匀强化(2/20)。结论:脑室内脑膜瘤患者的MRI表现具有一定的特征性,临床诊断中结合患者的发病部位以及年龄,能让临床诊断准确性得以有效提升。
Purpose： To investigate the MRI features and differential diagnosis of intraventricular meningioma. Materials and Methods： From January 2013 to January 2015 in Our hospital,20 cases were treated by surgery pathology,clinical data intact intraventricular meningioma patients were retrospectively analyzed MRI performance. Results： The incidence of adult women is a major crowd intraventricular meningioma,mainly located in the lateral ventricles（ 16 /20） and,secondly,the fourth ventricle. Tumors mainly clear boundary,the shape（ 14 /20）. T1 WI showed equal signal（ 14 /20） or slightly lower signal（ 6 /20）,T2 WI tumor is mainly（ 15 /20） or the like signal is slightly higher signal（ 5 /20）,enhanced scan showed moderate to severe homogeneous enhancement（ 18 /20）,some may appear to be mild enhancement or heterogeneous enhancement（ 2 /20）. Conclusion： MRI manifestations intraventricular meningioma patients having certain characteristics,combined with the clinical diagnosis of the patient and the age of the diseased parts,allowing clinical diagnostic accuracy can be effectively improved.
