摘要 采用添加二氧化钛(TiO_2)的防透明聚酯母粒和纺丝级聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)切片制备防透明聚酯材料,通过差示扫描量热法(DSC)对比研究纯PET和防透明PET/TiO_2材料的非等温结晶行为,运用Jeziorny法和莫志深法分析了两者的非等温结晶动力学.结果表明:防透明聚酯母粒中的TiO_2对PET结晶过程起到一定的抑制作用,但没有明显改变其成核机理和晶体生长方式;单位结晶时间内,可以通过提高冷却速率来获取较高的结晶度;莫志深法比Jeziorny法更适合分析纯PET和PET/TiO_2共混材料的非等温结晶行为. Opaque polyethylene terephthalate(PET)materials were prepared by opaque master batch incorporating TiO_2 particles and spinning-grade PET chips.The non-isothermal crystallization behaviors of pure PET and PET/TiO_2 materials were investigated by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),both Jeziorny method and Mo method were applied to analyze their non-isothermal crystallization kinetics.It has been observed that TiO_2 particles inhibite the crystallization rate of PET to a certain extent,but they dont alter the nucleation and crystallization mechanism obviously.Increasing the cooling rates can be used to obtain higher crystallinity in a certain crystallization time.The results also show that Mo method is more appropriate than Jeziorny method to describe the non-isothermal crystallization behaviors of both pure PET and PET/TiO_2 materials.
