摘要
当前我国正在进行的农业和农村综合改革,需要运用法律思维和法治方式来解决重大和复杂的农村社会经济问题。能否在农村形成"办事依法、遇事找法、解决问题用法、化解矛盾靠法"的法治氛围,在很大程度上取决于法律思维方式能否深入人心,为此要在尊、学、守、用四个方面来培育法律思维方式。
Nowadays, with comprehensive reforms being carried out in rural areas, the solution of complicated rural social-economic issues demands legal thought. Whether the atmosphere of law can be formed or not, it depends on the legal thought be developed in deep heart. So that, we should cultivate legal thought of diversified parties from the aspects of respecting, learning, obeying and applying.
