摘要
以余热锅炉过热器为研究对象,在研究快速设计技术的基础上,通过对过热器功能、结构的深入分析,提出了面向功能的余热锅炉过热器设计方法,通过功能分解,将过热器的复杂功能划分为一系列容易求解的子功能。通过功能—结构的映射关系,对过热器进行结构划分,得到功能独立的功能模块。对各个功能模块利用参数化和二次开发设计技术,开发出余热锅炉过热器快速设计系统。该系统有助于提高产品的设计效率,满足客户的个性化需求,提高企业的市场竞争力。
This paper mainly research on the waste heat boiler superheaters. On the basis of researching rapid design technology, the functions and structures of superheaters are summarized, and a method of function-oriented waste heat boiler superheater design is proposed. Through functional decomposition, the complex features of superheater is divided into a series of easily resolving sub-functions. According to the mapping relationship between function and structure, structural division of the superheater is obtained , meantime get the function modules of independent function. Utilizing parametric and secondary development and design technology for each function module, this paper develops a rapid design system for the waste heat boiler superheater. The system is designed to improve the efficiency of the products to meet customers" individual needs as well as improve their market competitiveness.
