紫外老化对膨胀阻燃LGFPP复合材料性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 采用熔融共混法制备以膨胀型阻燃剂(IFR)填充的长玻纤增强聚丙烯(LGFPP)复合材料,通过人工加速紫外老化实验,研究紫外老化对其阻燃性能、热稳定性以及力学性能的影响。结果表明:随着紫外老化时间增长,IFR/LGFPP复合材料的极限氧指数先增加后减少,垂直燃烧等级基本保持不变。同时,未老化IFR/LGFPP复合材料热失重后的残留量最高,随紫外老化时间的增加,老化后体系的拉伸强度和弯曲强度呈下降趋势,缺口冲击强度基本保持不变。 The intumescent flame retardant (IFR) and the long glass fiber enhanced polypropylene (LGFPP) composite were prepared by melt blending method, effects of UV aging on flame retardancy, thermal properties and mechanical properties were studied by artificial accelerated ultraviolet aging test. The results showed that limiting oxygen index of IFR/LGFPP composite increased at first and then decreased and vertical combustion grade remained unchanged with the increasing of UV aging time. At the same time, the quality retention of non-aging IFR/LGFPP composite reached the maximum after the thermal gravimetric test, the tensile strength and bending strength showed a downward trend, while the notched impact strength remained unchanged.
